The spark
Lumos was founded after our two engineers spent a year fighting their issue tracker every day. We knew there had to be a better way.
2022
First 500 teams
We shipped our private beta and onboarded 500 engineering teams. They gave us brutal, honest feedback — and we shipped improvements every week.
2023
Series A — $35M
Raised $35M to double our engineering team and accelerate our roadmap. Reached 5,000 teams and launched Cycles, our answer to broken sprint planning.

AI-native triage
