Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Lumos plan at any time from your workspace settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period, and we'll prorate any credits.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Enterprise customers can also pay via bank transfer or invoice with NET 30 terms. Annual plans are available with a 20% discount.
The Hobby plan is genuinely free — no credit card required, no time limit. It includes up to 3 seats, basic issue tracking, and project roadmaps. Paid plans unlock Cycles, AI triage, GitHub sync, advanced analytics, and much more.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your seat limit. You can add seats individually on Starter and above, or upgrade to a plan that fits your full team size. We never lock you out without warning.
Yes — all paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to every feature in that tier so your team can evaluate Lumos properly before committing.
SSO (SAML 2.0) and SCIM user provisioning are available on the Business and Enterprise plans. We support Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and any SAML 2.0-compliant identity provider.

Absolutely. Lumos has a built-in migration tool that imports issues, labels, assignees, priorities, and comments from Jira, Linear, Asana, and GitHub Projects. Our customer success team offers free migration support for teams on Business and above.
